In serving the core needs of a diverse community, the Campus Residential Development introduces a diversity of built form, housing choice, and community focus to a primarily single family residential context. Compliant with the Government of Ontario's Provincial Policy Statement (PPS), Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (Places to Grow), and The Region of York and City of Vaughan Official Plans, this project development brings an appropriate range and mix of residential housing to a location where infrastructure and public service exist: it is a compact, transit-supportive, and pedestrian-friendly development. In addition, the design fosters a sense of community, maximizes convenient access to amenities, and integrates human and natural environments.
